Online Theory

How long are the Online Theory Courses?
They range between 2-6 hours. You will have access to the material once you have paid and enrolled onto the course. You have 3 days to complete it. Once completed and have reached the 5 day period, you will no longer have access to the Material. 

Must I complete written assessments, or multiple choice questions to pass this course?
90% of the assessments are multiple choice questions.

How long do i have access to the course for?

You have access to the course for 5 days.

After the Course

Will I be a textured hair specialist after completing both online and Practical   courses?
No, as with every skill learnt, practice makes perfect!  You will gain some hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of textured hair, but it is a continuous journey that takes experience to become a specialist or expert.

1-2-1 Classes

Do we do 1-2-1 Refresher Classes?
Yes we do. For Classic & Creative Cutting Techniques, Colouring Techniques, and Hair-ups. Please look out for dates. ( your own model must be provided)

Cancellations & Refunds for Practical Masterclasses

Can I cancel on the day if I'm unwell, and get a refund?
If you are  unwell on the day, we can try to re-book you for another date on a future course, however we cannot give a full refund. We can refund you the fee amount minus your non-refundable deposit if cancelled 4 weeks before the course start date.

Course Qualification

Is this course a qualification?
No, after completing the course you will be issued a Certificate of CPD.

Entry Requirements

Must I have a full Level 2 or above Hairdressing qualification to attend this course?

Yes. Our courses  are designed to upskill hairdressing industry professionals who already have a good level of understanding and experience doing hair. Evidence of qualification well be requested prior.

Some of our Online Theory Courses,  are eligible to those wanting to gain knowledge  in that  specific area for personal development, but are not Industry professionals. 

Class Size & Format

Are the practical classes big?
No, as the course is intense, we want to be able to give time and attention to each person. Each class will consist of up to 5 people.

Will we be practicing on live models?
For our 2 day Practical masterclasses the first day you will practice and develop skills on a mannequins. On the 2nd day you will get to work on live models.

For our 1 day classes, the day is split , half with mannequins ,half with live model.
